2022 Gold Nugget Merit Award for Best Affordable Housing Community

Prado family homes received an impressive award at this years Pacific Coast Builder Conference Gold Nugget Awards. This project was selected as an Award of Merit for Best Affordable Housing Community,  Mannigan Design had the privilege to do the interior common areas and exterior furnishing on this large project along with developer Related and DNA Design and Architecture.

Project designer Marissa Diaz-Allen designed this affordable housing community around the mid century architecture using materials such as light cherry woods and cork flooring along with adding pops of colorful primary colors and Nelson bubble pendants.
