2022 Gold Nugget Merit Award for Best Multi-Family Housing Community

Coastline Ventura Apartments, Ventura CA

Coastline Ventura Apartments received an impressive award at this years Pacific Coast Builder Conference Gold Nugget Awards. Selected as an Award of Merit Winner Best Multi-Family Housing Community, this beautiful complex is located across from the ocean in Ventura, CA. Mannigan Design had the privilege to do the interior common areas and exterior furnishing on this large project along with developer JDA and WHA Architects. Designed with the beach in mind, we used a mix of natural wood tones, organic an textural finishes in a palette of rich earth tones with pops of ocean blues.
