2022 NAHB Award for Best Low-Rise Apartment Community

Neptune Marina, Marina Del Rey

Neptune homes received an impressive award at the 2022 National Association of Home Builders Awards and was selected as an Award of Merit for Best Low-Rise Apartment Community. This is the second award for Neptune Marina, as it also won the Gold Nugget award for Best Multi-Family Housing Community in 2020.

Mannigan Design had the privilege of designing the interior common areas and exterior furnishings on this project along with developers Legacy Partners, and TCA Architects.
