Winner of the 2020 SCANPH Homes Within Reach Awards for Senior Housing Project of the Year

The Homes Within Reach Awards are part of the Southern California Association of Non Profit Housing’s (SCANPH) Annual Conference and reflect our efforts to recognize and honor excellence in the affordable housing industry. This year, the awards were held on the opening night of our first-ever virtual conference on October 13, 2020.

Selections were submitted by SCANPH members and chosen by an independent and impartial jury of professionals from throughout SCANPH’s regional footprint. The selection process of finalists and winners is not an easy task, but every year a committee of dedicated volunteers comes together to take the time to carefully evaluate the submissions.

This year Mannigan Design, Related CA and KFA Los Angeles were awarded Senior Housing Development of the year. We are very honored to have worked on such an amazing project.
